Abstract

This paper reviews the literature related to promoting young people’s mental health and early intervention in mental health problems. The scope of this literature review is wide, but has as its overall focus the mental health and well-being of 16 to 25-year-olds, including both mental health promotion to this age group, and early intervention when problems arise.  This resource should be of interest to anyone who works within young adults wellbeing and mental health fields.
